Team Drag Adds Forsthaus Rampensau to the Mix

The reality show “Forsthaus Rampensau Germany” is moving from linear television. Beginning November 6, new episodes will no longer air on ProSieben, but will instead air every Friday at 8:15 p.m. on sixx. They will also be available to stream on Joyn in parallel. This comes from a Joyn press release.

For the format, the move marks a little return to the spotlight. Since 2023, the adaptation of an Austrian original has been shown in Germany, most recently on ProSieben. At first the show aired there during prime time; towards the end, it was only shown in the late-night schedule. Now, on sixx it gets a primetime slot again.

Drag-Sisters want to become Rampensäue

In total, ten celebrity couples compete for the title, including the “Team Drag.” “The Drag Sisters Katy Bähm and Gino Bormann aren’t entering with trumpets and drums, but with glamour and shine into the #ForsthausRampensau,” Joyn announced. “The two are already well-versed in reality programs—but do they have what it takes to be the biggest Rampensau?”

Bähm competed in Heidi Klum’s casting show “Queen of Drags” in 2019 and finished in sixth place. She’s also been a candidate on “Promi Big Brother” and “Promis unter Palmen – Für Geld mache ich alles!” Bormann began his reality career in 2020 on the second season of “Prince Charming.” He has appeared on several other reality series as well. His drag persona Charlet C. House was introduced on “Kampf der Realitystars – Schiffbruch am Traumstrand” (TheColu.mn reported).

The long-running reality personality Claudia Obert, who in the past has spoken about same-sex interactions, will team up with former GNTM model Theresia Fischer to head to the Alpine retreat. According to Joyn, the reality icon doesn’t know about this pairing yet. They are the surprise duo of the fourth season.

Brenda Brinkmann brings her sister Stella, and Gigi Birofio brings his childhood friend Peris Grigoriadis. For Marlisa Rudzio and William Raab, it’s their first shared home; up to now they had been in a long-distance relationship. Giuliano Hediger has his father Paolo along for the ride.

Also on board are the Bachelor in Paradise alums Filip Pavlovic and Marco Cerullo, as well as LilliPop and Jessica Zemer, who previously completed “Realitystar Academy.” Completing the lineup are podcasters Laura Blond and Nadja Großmann (“Läster, Schwester!”) and the duo Silva Gonzalez and Stephen Dürr.

The setting is the Carinthian Lavanttal, located roughly 1,300 meters above sea level. There is no luxury here: the couples live in rustic conditions in tight quarters, including bunk beds. Each episode, one celebrity acts as the head forester, striving to keep the Alpine lodge under control. Those who fail to keep up with the housemates are ousted. In the end, the show crowns the biggest Rampensau duo of the season.

In the third season, Gina Beckmann and Leon Content took the victory home.
