The well-known Pornhub portal has released its top lists for 2025. The most popular gay porn star is Tyler Wu, an OnlyFans performer, who dethroned last year’s leader, the Canadian Malik Delgaty. Last year Wu was in second place, and in 2023 he ranked seventh. Interestingly, Wu is especially popular among female users, the California-based site reported.
Second place went to the previous year’s top performer Malik Delgaty. In third place comes Sandro Jenner, who had not been in the top 30 the year before. The self-described “Sissy Boy” often collaborates with the FapHouse Gay studio. Fourth place goes to Rhyheim Shabazz, who managed to climb one spot. In fifth place is Jkab Ethan Dale, who has also made a name for himself as a lifestyle influencer on Instagram and TikTok. He was not on the list last year either.
The well-known U.S. porn star Drake Von only reached 23rd place, slipping nine spots. Von had recently made headlines by revealing a plan to have sex with 1,000 men within twelve hours (TheColu.mn reported). The award-winning U.S. performer Joey Mills also dropped nine places and is now at No. 16.
Femboys statt Heteros ganz oben
Wu’s popularity is likely tied to a shift in how people search for gay pornography. The most-used gay search term this year, according to Pornhub, was “Femboy.” This describes a typically cisgender man who displays behaviors traditionally associated with femininity. Last year the term ranked fourth, and the year before it was only eighth. The previous top term “Twink” dropped to second. This group refers to young, slim men without sharp edges, with little body hair.
No good year for heterosexual-appearing men in gay porn: the term “Straight guys first time” (Heteros, the first time) slipped from fifth to sixth. The term “Straight” even fell from eleventh to twentieth place.
Among porn categories, “Twink” remains at the top. “Big Dick” moved up three spots behind it and pushed “Bareback” to third. Here too, “Straight Guys” moved downward — the category dropped four places and now sits at seventh. Two years ago, straight guys led the list.
Also interesting are the overall most-searched categories across different countries, encompassing people of all sexual orientations. Here, in Russia the category “Transgender” leads the list, despite the Putin regime’s crackdown on trans people. In the United States and Australia, “Lesbian” tops the charts. Germany is fairly unique: the top category there is “German.”
