Goslar: Two Attacks on Rainbow Flags Outside Schools

At two schools in Goslar, unknown individuals have stolen the rainbow flags that had been mounted for Pride Month. One flag was burned. This was reported by the Goslar Police Department on Wednesday.
Already last week, during the night from Wednesday to Thursday, the flag mounted in front of the vocational school on Bornhardt Street was cut from the rope of the flagpole and then set on fire. A few days later, a flag on the flagpole at the vocational school on Heinrich-Pieper Street was cut down and stolen. The time of the offense can be narrowed to the night from Monday to Tuesday.
The Goslar Police are conducting investigations and are asking for observations that could be connected to these acts. Tips can be submitted to the phone number (05321) 3390.
