Tom Brock, the Lutheran preacher outed by Lavender’s John Townsend back in June, has now returned to the pulpit. A church committee investigated Brock and concluded he had never had sex with men, according to the Associated Press. Despite his cleared name, Brock said he plans to step down from his leadership role at North Minneapolis’ Hope Lutheran Church, and expand his TV preaching, taking his homophobic rantings to a “national audience.”
