National Organization For Marriage Asking for $200,000 for Ad Campaign

0

The National Organization for Marriage, whose anti-equality TV ad campaign kicked off yesterday, apparently paid $200,000 for ads that are set to run in every media market in Minnesota. They’ve kicked off a fundraising drive to recoup the cost of the ads. In response, OutFront Minnesota has called for the state LGBT community to help them recruit 100,000 new OutFront members across Minnesota, including both allies and LGBTQ people. 100,000 new members, OutFront says, will “help us counter their message of discrimination with a message of love with a vision for a Minnesota that truly respects all people.”
