Mrs. P says Save A Bundle at the gay station
Pinching Pennies with P is a segment intended on pointing out ways to save some cash. Let’s face it – you don’t have to be of any particular sexual orientation to appreciate a bargain! The way I see it is why pay more than you have to? After all, more discretionary income = more vacation!
I know many of you already have your fave grocer picked out, but consider giving Rainbow a try — especially if you are a driver and even more so if you suck it (gas that is) on your daily commute. Here’s how it works: if you obtain a Roundy’s card and remember to bring it with you every time you shop at any Roundy’s stores including Rainbow, you will save BIG! Each time you have them scan your Roundy’s card at the register, you qualify for additional savings on the merchandise you have in your cart AND you earn fuelperks! The fuelperks! really add up fast too. I just hit the pumps at the BP Station on Marshall and Cretin on Sunday and took photos to prove how much you are able to save in one trip to the pump. At only $15.00 for 3/4 of a tank of gas I am happy to say that coffee came with biscotti for a Sunday morning treat!
