Archbishop-designate Salvatore Cordileone of San Francisco will be headlining, “God’s Plan for Marriage” at the Diocese of Duluth’s 2012 Assembly in late-October, according to church bulletins (PDF). Cordileone has been called the “Father of Prop 8,” and was recently named the Archbishop of San Francisco. He also spurred controversy in August when he was arrested for drunk driving.

Cordileone will be at Mitchell Auditorium at the College of St. Scholastica on Oct. 27
