Trans Health Coalition’s Shot Clinic Needs Your Help

The Minnesota Trans Health Coalition is calling on the community to help them fill a recently-rented space as they expand their Shot Clinic. The Clinic is a series of free support services for trans folks who are currently using or will be using injectable hormones, including a support group, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, syringe exchange, and injection assistance from medical professionals for already-prescribed injectable hormones.

They’re not asking for money, though. Instead, Billy Navarro Jr. of the Clinic says that they need:

Clinic Supplies

Spot Band-Aids, Alcohol Wipes, Sharps Containers, Lunch Bags, Snack Baggies, Latex Gloves, Gauze Squares 2″ x 2″

Office Supplies

Copy paper, Printer Ink, Recycling Bins, Pamphlet Organizer, File Folders, Address Labels, Two-Drawer Filing Cabinets, New Computer, New Printer, New Copier

Furniture for new space

Small Office Desks, Stuffed & Office Chairs, Small Tables, Couches, Standing Lamps, Cubical Walls, Book Shelves, Paint, Drop Cloths, Paint Rollers/Pans, Painters’ Tape

Other Items

CPR Masks

Bus Passes

$5-$10 Gift Cards @ SA, Subway, Rainbow/Cub Foods, etc.

Snacks & Travel Sized Toiletries, Feminine Hygiene Products – for outreach workers
