In an email yesterday, a spokesperson for the Anoka-Hennepin School District told that the district has received around 7,000 mostly-irate emails and letters since the story of Justin Aaberg’s suicide broke last month. Most of the emails have come through the petitions, he wrote, which sends out a form letter with your signature once you sign the petition. Many of the petition’s signatories, however, do not seem to come from Minnesota.
