Judge Vaughn Walker is expected to release his decision in the Perry v. Schwarzenegger case, which challenged the constitutionality of California’s Proposition 8. While many expect Walker to rule against the state of California and the constitutional amendment banning same-gender marriage, the National Organization for Marriage and other plaintiffs have said they are ready to take any possible appeals to the Supreme Court.
