In case you missed it, Rochester Pride is coming this weekend! It’s going to be a busy weekend, with a lot more to do than getting Pride-themed mammograms, colonoscopies, and pap smears at the Mayo Clinic. The full schedule is available on Pridefest’s website, but highlights will include: a showing of Mama Mia! on Friday night; a festival in Peace Plaza with music by the Minnesota Freedom Band and emceed by Gosh Alice Jones on Saturday afternoon; the Rochester Girls’ Dragoganza Saturday night; and several religious services on Sunday to celebrate with a community of faith…and to apologize to your preferred higher power about what you did the previous night.
