OutFront Minnesota’s executive director Amy Johnson announced on Friday that she will be stepping down at the end of July and the organization’s public policy director, Monica Meyer, will take the helm as the interim executive director. Johnson joined OutFront in 2008 after longtime director Ann DeGroot stepped down.

“Monica’s commitment to OutFront Minnesota, and to the community it serves statewide, is an invaluable asset to the organization,” said Johnson.

“On behalf of the board and staff we thank Amy for her Leadership to OutFront and the to GLBT community,” stated OutFront Minnesota Board Chair Ann Swanson.

OutFront is Minnesota largest LGBT advocacy organization.
