Gov. candidate debate: Should gay marriage be banned in Minnesota?

Predictably, DFLers and Independence Party candidates say “no” and Republicans say “yes.” At the gubernatorial debates Tuesday night, candidates had a chance to sound off on whether they want to add a constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage. Some DFLers mentioned they intended to do exactly the opposite as governor.
