Trinity Works, an evangelical group planning an anti-LGBT outreach at Twin Cities Pride this weekend, says it has plans for a “glam” team and the distribution of food and water on Sunday.

According to emails obtained by The Column sent to members engaging in the outreach, the group appears to have found a site for its efforts. Last year, the group set up a “corn feed” along the Twin Cities Pride Parade route at First Baptist Church where unsuspecting members of the LGBT community were lured into anti-LGBT evangelism by Trinity Works volunteers who refused to identify their affiliation.

Already, the Trinity Works volunteers have been evangelizing Minneapolis through an event called “Love Minneapolis.” Those efforts so far have not been targeting the LGBT community and have been directed mainly at North Minneapolis and some areas of downtown including boarding light rail trains and evangelizing captive passengers.

Some of that outreach has included anti-LGBT evangelism including this “former lesbian”:

Trinity Works has been tight-lipped about plans for 2015 at Twin Cities Pride and hadn’t found a location as of late last week, but emails to Trinity Works volunteers obtained by The Column suggest that they have found a location. It is still unknown where they will be but they say they will be distributing food and water again this year. The group has said it will be focusing on the LGBT community on Sunday.

In an email on Thursday, the group wrote:

Pray for the Holy Spirit to call forth 6 “special forces teams” for the Sunday Outreaches that will be anointed with power and authority to preach the Gospel, heal the sick, cast out demons, cleanse the lepers and raise the dead.

Pray that the special carriers for the food and water would be made ready and God would call many more workers to prepare the food to be distributed to the lost and brokenhearted.

Pray for more workers to help with the messenger’s clothing, equipment and supplies that need to be made ready for the Sunday outreach.

Pray for more laborers to break down the old facility on Sunday and set up the new facility in a different location for the Sunday outreach.
