Minneapolis-based RSVP Vacations announced on Friday that it was booking its biggest cruise yet, a ship holding 3,600 guests in celebration of 30 years in the travel business.

RSVP was launched in 1985 as the first gay- and lesbian-specific vacation cruise company, hosting cruises every year that boast big names. According to the company’s website, they’ve hosted: High Tea with Quentin Crisp, film presentations with Vito Russo, Q & A with Armistead Maupin, a look at Broadway with Harvey Fierstein and Anthony Rapp, GLBT history with David Mixner, and many more. Our entertainment has included some of the industry’s hottest talent including: Kathy Najimy, Laura Benanti, Ann Hampton Callaway, Lorna Luft, Roslyn Kind, Dianne Schuur, Sam Harris, ANT, Suzanne Westenhoefer, Michelle Balan, and we have also introduced some of the brightest and best up and coming acts like Amy Armstrong & Freddy Allen, Peter Donnelly, Michael Holland & Karen Mack, and Levi Kreis.

In 2015, RSVP has booked a brand new mega-ship, the Regal Princess, which can hold 3,600 travelers and will tour Fort Lauderdale to Grand Cayman, Cozumel, and Princess Cays in the Bahamas. Entertainment will include Missi Pyle, Ann Hampton Callaway, Amy & Freddy, and RuPaul’s Drag Race 2013 winner Jinkx Monsoon.

“For 30 years, RSVP has led the gay travel industry in creating fun and fabulous experiences for our guests. Regal Princess takes us to a whole new level,” RSVP President Randle Roper said in a press release. “Plus, we’re offering our guests new ways to customize their vacation with options ranging from unique individual moments to designing their own party. We know Regal will be one for the record books!”
