A bill to legalize marriage for same-sex couples in Minnesota is expected to be introduced on Thursday. On Monday, Doug Benson of Marriage Equality Minnesota posted the following on Facebook:

“A marriage equality bill will be dropped in on Wednesday, Feb. 27, to be introduced on Thursday Feb. 28, according to Senator Dibble, as I spoke with him this morning.”

The Uptake is reporting that a press conference is scheduled for Wednesday (Feb. 26) at 10am to announce the bill.
