St. Louis Park mulling domestic partner registry

0

OutFront Minnesota passed along this bit of information about a proposed ordinance before the St. Louis Park City Council:

“St. Louis Park may be the eighth city in Minnesota to enact a domestic-partner ordinance, at its 7pm meeting on Monday, January 3. Please contact the Mayor and members of the City Council to show support — and attend the meeting to speak in favor of passage!”

If it passes, St. Louis Park would become the eighth Minnesota community to enact a domestic partner registry. The others are Minneapolis, Duluth, Saint Paul, Edina, Rochester, Maplewood, and Golden Valley.
