If you are one of many who caught the Zombies last weekend and haven’t had enough, consider this.  Bryan Lake Bowl will play host this upcoming Saturday to a back to back extravaganza of fun and delight. 

Earlier this week I had an opportunity to sit in on one of the rehearsals for Mrs. Smith’s Halloween Spooktacular!  The press release states “Mrs. Smith has been beguiling Twin Cities audiences all year in her quest to find her beloved cat Carlyle.  The process has been so therapeutic she’s decided to throw a Halloween party to overcome her “ongoing issues with the supernatural” and you’re invited!  Games! Musical Numbers! Live onstage seance!” 

While I cannot divulge what I saw, I will tell you it was every bit the delight the zombies were last Saturday.  This Saturday the musical performance will have the added treat of a guest appearance by Esme Rodriguez. 

Esme is the organizer of Dragmanity which is the second show of the evening.  Dragmanity is celebrating their second birthday and it promises to be quite an event with the following performers in tow: all the way from San Francisco, CA, TURLEEN!!!!  Martina Marraccino, Gabrielle Deveaux, Eileen Dover, Jo-Jo Mackie, Leigh Smythe, Jorge Sanchez, and the singing stylings of MISS MOLLY!!!
