muna

OUTspoken! presents our monthly open mic – lots of queer, lots of sparkle, and always a blast. Doors 6:30 / Show 7:30. Suggested donation $5.

Featuring Muna Mohamed:
Muna Mohamed uses comedy to deal with the polar opposite worlds of being Somali and American. Her mother thinks she’s lost her mind and wonders how “art” will get her into heaven or more importantly a husband. When not doing comedy, she dabbles in poetry, improv and is a self-proclaimed “perpetual student of the arts”.
