FBI issues federal warrant for Ty Hoffman

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has issued a warrant for Ty Hoffman, the man accused of killing LGBT community leader Kelly Phillips.

According to KARE 11, the FBI issued a federal warrant for Lyle “Ty” Hoffman. Kyle Loven, FBI spokesman, told KARE 11 “the warrant will help get the word out to all 50 states and help keep him in custody for extradition if he is captured.”

Authorities have also released more photos of Hoffman in the hopes that someone might recognize him.

The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office has created this wanted poster along with launching the hashtag #FindTyHoffman:
